Two work modes
Not every field employee needs the same app. Timenox 360 ships two provisioning modes, so a route-based sales executive and a site-bound crew member get an experience shaped for their day — from the same platform, under the same administration.
Mode · Operations
For teams whose work moves between locations and includes attendance, visits, tasks, calendars and—where enabled—orders and collections.
Location context
Updates during the active work session, between check-in and check-out.
Best for: Field sales, service engineers, delivery, merchandising and multi-site crews.
Mode · Restricted
For employees whose work must stay within one organization-defined site. The employee experience focuses on check-in and check-out.
Location boundary
Configured site rules apply between check-in and check-out, subject to device permissions.
Best for: Site-bound crews, security posts, warehouses, store staff and gated facilities.
Restricted mode is an administrative decision, not a setting on the employee’s phone. The boundary is configured centrally and applies between check-in and check-out.
See field attendanceSite
The office, operational site or client location the employee is assigned to.
Location & radius
Coordinates and a geofence radius, set per site in the admin portal.
Exit notification
Leaving the defined location before check-out notifies the administrator.
From attendance to field operations
A GPS attendance app records time. Timenox 360 connects that record to the visits, tasks, sites, live visibility, orders and collections that make up field operations — one workforce, one connected operating picture.
Built for the field
Employees work from the phone with clear status, practical controls and activity-aware location updates between check-in and check-out.
Built for managers
The portal is dense and map-led — people, sites, visits, tasks and monitoring in one place.
One system of record
No spreadsheet per site and no end-of-day chat recap. The field day is already recorded.

Built for real field teams
Sales, service, delivery, retail and multi-location organizations run the same operating model: provisioned employees on the phone, managers in the portal, one connected day.
The Timenox ecosystem
Two products from VYQDA Technologies Pvt. Ltd., built for different operational layers. Timenox handles workforce administration — attendance in every form, leave, holiday calendars, shifts and rosters, salary calculations and payroll-ready reports. Timenox 360 extends that same workforce into the field with GPS attendance, active work sessions, visits, tasks and operational visibility.
Timenox
Manage the workforce
The organization-wide workforce system: how people are recorded, verified, scheduled, calculated and administered — wherever they report to work.
Timenox 360
Manage work in the field
The field extension: an employee app and an admin control center for attendance, sites, visits, tasks and live visibility — while the work is happening.
The products are interconnected and share the same workforce. Timenox 360 is not a separate HR system, does not replace Timenox, and is not employee surveillance software. See the full comparison.
Security and privacy
Timenox 360 uses location to support field work under the organization’s control. The boundary is the active work session — a product decision, and a commitment to the people carrying the phone.
Location visibility
Subject to device permissions and operating-system behaviour. Described in full in the Privacy Policy.
A work session starts at check-in and ends at check-out. Location is collected as operational context for that session — not around the clock.
Organizations provision employees and administrators, define sites and radii, and decide who sees operational activity. Employees never self-register.
Timenox 360 runs as a cloud platform with an employee app and an admin portal. This site does not publish certifications it cannot verify.
No hidden tracking and no always-on monitoring. Employees see their own attendance state; managers see field activity inside the session.

A clear work-session boundary
Timenox 360 ties field location visibility to the active work session. Attendance is recorded at check-in and check-out; location updates during an open session depend on device permissions and operating-system behaviour.
FAQ
Field workforce management software helps organizations manage people who work beyond a single office—connecting location, visits, tasks, field attendance, and operational reporting. Timenox 360 is field workforce management software for that operating model.
Timenox is the broader workforce management platform: attendance in its many forms — including face, PIN, QR, remote and hybrid attendance — plus leave management, an employee portal, users and roles, departments, shifts, multi-location setup and workforce calculations. Timenox 360 extends that same workforce into field operations: field attendance, sites, live visibility, visits, tasks, calendar, orders, collections, movement and routes. The products are interconnected and share one workforce; neither replaces the other.
Operations mode is the full field workspace: attendance, visits, tasks, calendar and — where used — orders and collections, with location as operational context during the work session. Restricted mode is for employees whose work must stay within a defined location: the app is reduced to check in and check out, the organization sets the site, location and radius, location runs in the background during the session, and the administrator is notified if the employee leaves the defined location before checking out.
Organizations set up and manage their workforce. Employees do not create a public self-signup account. They use the Timenox 360 mobile application after the organization provisions access, on Android and iOS.
Timenox 360 includes GPS-enabled field attendance such as check-in, check-out, work hours, and selfie attendance on the mobile app. It is not an HRMS, payroll, leave, or office-attendance product. Those office and HR workflows belong to Timenox.
Timenox 360 uses GPS-enabled field attendance and operational visibility so managers can see field activity in context of visits and tasks. An attendance session starts at check-in. During that session, location updates may continue in the background where device permissions allow. Check-out ends the session. Organizations control that visibility. Timenox 360 is not marketed as 24/7 surveillance.
Yes. Field teams can run customer and site visits, keep planned work on a calendar, and execute assigned tasks. Where used, they can also record orders and collections alongside that activity—without turning Timenox 360 into an ERP.
No. Timenox 360 is an operations platform. GPS-enabled field operations and workforce visibility support attendance, visits, tasks, and operational context. Organizations control that visibility. It is not marketed as employee surveillance.
Timenox 360 is priced per active employee per month: $3 globally and ₹99 in India. Every organization starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the organization prepays for its active employees and renews through Billing to continue.
